I got pulled in through LinkedIn rather than applying through a portal.

A message reached out saying they were interested in my profile, and after I sent my CV, there was a delay before I heard back. When the call finally happened, I got a short overview from their side about the company and the role, and then the conversation shifted into questions about my background.

The recruiter call was about 15 minutes. They explained that they’d share my CV internally and would get back to me if they wanted to proceed. The call itself felt straightforward and polite, but the overall pace after that message didn’t lead to an offer for me.
