The first thing that threw me off was how many assessments I had to complete before the real interviews even got going.

I ended up with four separate assessments to take, and several of them didn’t feel connected to software engineering at all. Some were basic logic problems, and the worst part was that some questions felt almost like puzzles for the sake of puzzles rather than anything that mapped cleanly to the job.

After that, the live process itself looked structured but still took time. There was an initial online assessment, then a super-day style event with multiple rounds—starting with coding problems, then another coding/string-focused challenge, plus a permutations-related problem around numbers.
