One thing that surprised me was that the types of rounds weren’t disclosed ahead of time, so I had to be ready to switch modes across the whole loop.

The coding portions leaned toward medium LeetCode-style problems, while the system design discussion pushed architecture decisions and trade-offs. On the behavioral side, there were prompts related to my experience and how I’d approach engineering situations, but the main feel of the loop was still driven by the technical breadth.
