Microsoft Software Engineer interview experience

I had in-depth conversations around technical challenges and algorithmic problem-solving, and I remember enjoying that more than I expected.

Across the stages, it felt like the process stayed coherent rather than random. The difficulty level was average, and even though I didn’t get an offer, the experience itself left me with a positive impression—mostly because the questioning and follow-ups felt genuinely engaging.

By the end, I was more reflective about fit and outcomes than about whether I could handle the technical stuff, since the interviews themselves came across as well run.
