My recruiting process felt very organized and professional.

It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview, then a panel with team members. After that there was a technical assignment, and finally another interview with a hiring manager from a separate division.

What stood out was how quickly they responded as I moved between stages. The pace didn’t feel chaotic; it felt like they kept things moving and kept expectations clear at each step.

Overall, I felt the process went well and the communication was strong throughout. I still didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience itself was one of the more respectful ones
