Microsoft Software Engineer interview experience

After passing that, the interview loop began with a 45-minute first interview and then moved into a second interview that consisted of three rounds of about 45 minutes each, held on separate days.

The whole process ended up dragging and I was basically ghosted for several months. Eventually, I got a decline without any clear response mail or recruiter message, which made the experience feel especially unfinished. I didn’t receive an offer. The part that stayed with me most was the silence after everything was completed—once the timeline ran out, it felt like there was no closure.
