San Diego, CAPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview journey was a multi-stage process that required answering questions and speaking with several staff members.

The format mixed technical and practical questions, and it also included other kinds of evaluation beyond pure coding.

It ended up being long, which was the main thing that made it exhausting rather than any single question. I didn’t receive a callback afterward, so I never got the closing clarity that would have made the time feel more worthwhile.

Looking back, the experience felt like a broad assessment across different people, but the lack of follow-up after the long process left me dissatisfied with how it ended.
