For me, it was just two phone calls.

The first one was technical with a manager and two tech leads, and the questions were clearly aimed at the job.

A wrinkle was that I hadn’t worked with Azure before, so some of the questions didn’t directly match my hands-on experience. Even so, they pushed on how I’d approach solving problems rather than testing whether I already knew Azure-specific details.

Difficulty felt average and I ended up receiving an offer.
