Seattle, WAPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a recruiter conversation, and it quickly felt like I had a match with a specific team.

From there, I interviewed with a project manager and then moved into four rounds with engineers on the team.

Those interviews stretched over the course of about a week, and they were focused on the role and working style inside the team. The experience felt fairly aligned to my fit with the group rather than being generic. I ultimately received an offer, and the main thing I took from it was how quickly the process narrowed into team-focused engineering conversations.
