Redmond, WAPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a recruiter screen, my process moved quickly but stayed pretty standard for the role.

I had two medium LeetCode-style coding questions, then shifted into a resume-focused conversation where the interviewer dug into my projects and internship experience.

They asked for technical details and wanted impact, collaboration, and how I handled challenges—basically how I shipped results, not just what I built. I appreciated that the round felt organized, and they even left a short window at the end for my questions so the call didn’t just end abruptly. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but it felt like the process itself was straightforward and professional rather than chaotic.
