For an on-campus process, the flow was pretty clear: first an online assessment, then two technical interview rounds.

Each technical round focused on core computer science topics and included one DSA problem. The questions were similar to medium-to-hard LeetCode work, and I remember the first round being a grid or matrix (2D array) style problem, while the second leaned into string manipulation.

What surprised me was how explicitly they watched the way I solved, not just whether I landed on the right answer. They wanted me to do a thorough dry run, talk through test cases including edge cases, and explain my thought process end to end. It felt like they were grading my reasoning as much as the solution
