I applied to Microsoft and eventually got an email from a recruiter asking me to pick a slot for a technical screen.

After confirming, I emailed to ask for the agenda and never got a reply. When personal reasons came up, I reached out again a few days before the interview to request a small reschedule, but the recruiter still didn’t respond.

Then, an hour before the call, the interview was canceled and I wasn’t given a reschedule link or any correspondence. I was left without any clear communication, and it felt completely unprofessional.
