My interview loop was pretty standard and consisted of two technical rounds with two medium LeetCode-style problems.

The recruiters and interviewers came across as fair, and they seemed genuinely interested in how I was thinking rather than trying to catch me off guard.

I always felt I had enough time to explain my perspective, so the biggest difference for me was focusing on telling a coherent story instead of trying to answer as quickly as possible. I received an offer. Overall it felt like they evaluated communication and reasoning with the same seriousness as the coding.
