Microsoft Software Engineer interview experience

I first completed an OA, and later I did multiple live coding interviews on HackerRank. The format felt pretty consistent: I had to work through coding problems while also answering behavioral questions.

The behavioral portion asked things like why I was interested in Microsoft, how I handled a failure, and how I approach learning something new. On the coding side, I ran into classic data-structure style prompts like implementing a queue using two stacks, plus a question about filtering an array effectively. There were also more theoretical checks around data structures and time complexity.
