Microsoft Software Engineer interview experience

They covered things like OOP and design, and then the final round was with the technical lead.

The interviews themselves seemed okay, and I remember getting feedback that sounded positive. What was difficult was that I didn’t get any clear response afterward, so the uncertainty lasted longer than the interviews.

Even with decent conversations during the day, the lack of follow-up left me waiting with no closure, and that uncertainty ended up being the most memorable part of the process.
