My process started smoothly with a referral, and it quickly sounded like a typical structured sequence: two initial DSA/coding rounds, then two system design rounds, plus an AI-assisted coding round.

Everything was clearly laid out, and I felt the flow made sense.

But I flunked the first two DSA/coding rounds, mostly due to not being as sharp on LeetCode-style practice. That early miss basically determined how the rest of the loop went, and the timeline didn’t turn in my favor after that.

It ended without an offer. Even though the process itself was smooth and well-communicated, the biggest takeaway for me was how quickly the bar gets set in the first technical rounds.
