The first thing I encountered was testing—there was both a practical test and also a written test.

There were also specific logistics rules during the interview itself, like keeping your phone locked away beforehand.

Overall, the experience felt good for everyone involved. Even though the setup sounded strict, it didn’t feel hostile; it felt more like they were trying to ensure the quality of the candidates moving through. I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway from how the process ran was that they treated testing as a serious step rather than just a checkbox.
