Micron Technology Software Engineer interview experience

The first one focused heavily on hard skills, including checking my level in coding with C and Python. The second interview shifted the emphasis away from pure coding and into soft skills and behavioral traits.

That split made the process feel like a real attempt to balance technical capability with how I’d show up in day-to-day communication. It was difficult for me overall, mostly because the hard-skill round carried most of the pressure. I didn’t receive an offer.
