My journey started with a phone screening, and then the process shifted into longer interview rounds.

After the initial call, I was scheduled for two additional rounds, and each one ran for about two hours with multiple interviewers rotating in. Everyone I spoke with seemed like they had real industry experience—more than one interviewer had been with the company for a long time.

What stood out was how on-the-job the questions felt. Even when the discussion turned technical, it wasn’t abstract; it was tied to how the role would actually work day to day. The overall vibe was professional and efficient, and I didn’t feel like the process was dragging.
