My process was almost entirely driven by an AI chat experience.

After I entered my details through a sequence of questions, the AI moved into questions about my background and experience, and it felt noticeably less human than a normal screen.

Once that AI conversation finished, I was given a coding test. The coding portion didn’t feel brutal for me and, overall, the whole thing ran in about an hour. I walked away feeling like the format was streamlined, but the AI-only interaction made it harder to read the intent behind the questions.
