Micro1 Software Engineer interview experience

They expected me to solve a LeetCode hard problem in about 25 minutes, and the emphasis was on whether the final code worked, not on how I reasoned through the approach.

That made the round feel unforgiving. I could feel the clock dominating every decision, and the interaction didn’t leave much room to showcase process or thoughtfulness.

I didn’t receive an offer. Even with my best effort, it left me feeling like it was the worst interview I’d given—less an evaluation of my approach, and more a pass/fail test under a tight constraint.
