Meta Software Engineer interview experience

I completed the Bangalore full loop and didn’t end up moving forward because there were no positions left in Meta Bangalore.

That was the signal I got after going through the process, and the timeline felt like it was really about headcount availability rather than my performance alone.

It was still a full interview loop, but the decision boiled down to staffing, not a final technical or behavioral verdict. Honestly, it left me disappointed because I’d already invested in finishing the process, but at least the reason was explicit.
