Meta Software Engineer interview experience

I was told I’d have at least two to three technical rounds, and the focus was clearly on solid DSA fundamentals, especially understanding time and space complexity, not just getting to a working answer. I also kept hearing that dynamic programming would matter, so that’s where I spent most of my attention.

The structure itself didn’t feel complicated, but the difficulty did: it wasn’t just about coding fluency—it was about doing the analysis and being comfortable with harder problem patterns like DP. I didn’t receive an offer, and the experience reinforced how technical the bar was for me.
