My interviews were interactive and the interviewers kept the conversation moving, even offering pointers when I got stuck.

The feedback during the process was genuinely helpful, and the recruiting team did a good job setting expectations.

The part that hurt me most was time management during the coding interviews. Even though the questions themselves were manageable and the format was collaborative, I couldn’t keep things tight enough to reach complete working solutions within the allotted time. That ended up being what disqualified me.

I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly it felt less about technical ability and more about how efficiently I executed once the clock started.
