I moved through a pretty typical recruiter-led flow, but the scheduling and communication didn’t feel efficient.

There was a recruiter call to line up the technical interview, and then it took about a week to actually get interviews scheduled.

The double-screen setup felt standard—there was a lot of background alignment early on—but what frustrated me was how many recruiter calls I had before the interviews. In my view, they weren’t truly helpful compared to the time they took.

Once I got into the live parts, the interviewers felt fair and helpful, even if they seemed a bit checked out during the sessions. I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the overall process left me more annoyed than impressed
