Menlo Park, CAPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview process felt quick overall, but the part that dragged was the decision timeline.

I had a smooth recruiter experience with quick feedback after I completed the steps, and the process itself moved fast.

Even so, the final hiring decision took a long time to arrive, and at some point it looked like hiring was still on hold with no clear updates. So while the recruiter touchpoints felt positive, the uncertainty after interviews made the waiting period feel longer than the actual loop.

I didn’t get an offer, and my honest reflection was that the experience was good at communicating early on, but the lack of follow-through on timing left me hanging.
