I went through three interviews in English: an HR conversation, then a conversation with a manager, and finally another manager discussion with an international manager.

The interactions all felt positive, and the company seemed genuinely enthusiastic during the conversations.

Even with that good chemistry, I never received a response afterward, and I got no feedback either. It ended up feeling like straight-up ghosting—after finishing all the rounds, there wasn’t any closure.

I didn’t receive an offer. What lingers most wasn’t the technical side; it was the silence after what had sounded like a promising process.
