Houston, TXPosted Oct 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with an email after I submitted my application, and then I went straight into an initial phone screen.

A week later I had three in-person interviews, and the whole thing felt casual and relatively easy compared with what I expected. I had prepared a business plan because I was told to create one, but when I got there, the interviewers didn’t actually ask to see it.

From the phone call to the in-person meetings, the questions stayed grounded in fit—why I wanted the role, how my experience lined up, and whether I seemed motivated for the kind of work involved. In the middle of the process, there was also a point where I was notified I was moving forward and then scheduled face-to-face meetings
