My timeline started when I applied on the company website, and about 10 days later I had a phone interview.

A few days after that I was invited to a Superday in November, which meant meeting multiple people at once. The Superday interviews were with four people overall, each conversation running about half an hour, and I could feel that they were checking both how I thought and how I would communicate.

Even though the overall process felt average, I noticed they asked more technical questions than I expected because my background wasn’t the most traditional. The themes around passion and commitment showed up a lot—whether I was genuinely interested in the finance and industry side of the work.
