Elkton, VAPosted May 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After applying through my college, I got a recruiter phone screen and we scheduled an in-person interview.

That meeting ended up being pretty structured: I sat through the interview with five different panels, with multiple people evaluating me over the course of the session.

The process moved fast once I finished the in-person portion. In the days that followed, I was extended an offer to multiple teams. Honestly, the thing that stood out most was how quickly the decision came after the panel-heavy interview—my experience felt straightforward and positive overall, and I left feeling like they had quickly aligned on what I could do.
