Mercer Business Analyst interview experience

First I had a video interview, and then I moved into a panel-style phone interview. Both parts were polite and made me feel comfortable rather than interrogated.

In my experience the questions stayed focused on my background and fit, with a friendly pace to the conversations. The whole thing felt easy enough to get through, and I didn’t run into any technical problems or case pressure—just a normal discussion about my experience and how I’d work with others. The format was remote, and because the tone was relaxed, the process felt manageable even with back-to-back rounds.
