I submitted my resume and then got a HireVue application with recorded responses to several prompts.

Once I passed that, I was invited to a Superday, which turned out to be a packed day. I had two behavioral interviews, then a case study, and I also did an informal peer chat.

What stood out was the mix: they didn’t keep it purely behavioral, but they also didn’t turn it into a heavy technical grilling. The case study sat in the middle of the day and made the process feel more demanding than the initial screening. Even with the nerves that come with a Superday format, I felt fairly engaged throughout, and the overall challenge matched an average difficulty level for me.
