The process I went through felt straightforward and tightly scheduled.

It didn’t drag, and it was pretty clear what the next steps would be. I started with a Zoom conversation where I met members of the team, and after that there was an in-house interview.

Both interview settings felt friendly. The people I spoke with were welcoming and kept the tone easy, which made it less stressful than I expected. Even though it was still an evaluation, it felt like they were making the experience manageable and letting the conversation flow naturally. End to end, it took around a few weeks, and the overall impression was that it moved quickly and smoothly.
