I got contacted to schedule an interview, and once the plan was set, I was expecting it to move forward.

Instead, I never heard back afterward. I followed up, but I didn’t get any response or update from them.

The silence ended up being the most frustrating part. I eventually felt like I was left in limbo for no real reason, and it dragged out more than it should have, turning it into a complete waste of time. Even when I tried to reconnect, it didn’t go anywhere—so the experience didn’t feel like a normal interview cycle.

In the end, there was no offer, and my main takeaway was just how disruptive a stalled process could be when communication breaks down.
