Atlanta, GAPosted Jun 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first call was relatively normal: I spoke with someone one-on-one by phone in an HR introductory style, nothing too technical.

Then the second phase was the part that stuck with me. I joined a virtual group interview with around 20 other candidates on Zoom, and it lasted about two and a half hours.

The structure felt repetitive. The first hour was dominated by them talking about the product, and then the rest of the time was candidates answering questions one by one. They called on every single person individually and had us respond to the same question, with only a handful of questions overall. The experience was honestly a bit of a snooze fest, and it made it hard to showcase anything unique about myself.
