Meinhardt Epcm (India) Private Software Engineer interview experience

The questions were broad and personal rather than technical: why I wanted to join the company, what my expectations were, and what I hoped to learn after joining.

They also asked what I did on weekends, and even whether I played football. It was that kind of casual, human-focused approach that made the conversation feel more like getting to know me than running a technical exam.

Even though it was an easy setting, I didn’t end up getting an offer. I still appreciated how direct the questions were, but I couldn’t tell that the conversation led directly to a stronger fit on their side.
