Meinhardt Epcm (India) Private Software Engineer interview experience

Overall it felt not hard—more manageable than stressful—and the structure stayed light.

In my conversation, the interviewer also asked about my personality, my CV, past experience, career goals, and aspirations, along with topics like salary, schooling, and previous work. The whole tone was friendly and harmonious, like it was meant to be a comfortable chat rather than a test.

I didn’t get an offer, but the interview didn’t leave me feeling defeated. It felt like they were mainly checking whether I could communicate clearly and whether my background and motivation made sense for the role.
