My on-site flow was relatively small—two rounds total—and it leaned into system design and resume grounding.

The first round was system design with a low-level design style task for something like an Uber application. Then the second round was resume and project based, where they asked about databases and also covered company motivation like why I wanted to join.

I didn’t qualify for an offer. Overall it felt like a good format for assessing whether I could connect system design thinking to real choices, especially around databases, but it didn’t end up working in my favor.
