Medtronic Software Engineer interview experience

I completed the interview sequence within about three days, and they released the offer after the earlier rounds. The later step was an in-person final conversation, with the remaining stages handled virtually.

The whole thing was smooth and low-friction, and I didn’t feel like I was being strung along. The main shift was just the format change as I moved into the last round. By the time I was done, it matched the impression of a quick, decisive process, and I came away feeling like they had already moved on quickly once they got the signal they needed.
