Seattle, WAPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I felt good through most of the process, but the final round is what changed the experience for me.

Up until then, I was able to keep my footing, but during the last stage I felt there was unprofessional behavior.

The cases themselves weren’t described as “difficult” on their face, but the dynamic was intense. I experienced a lot of counter-questioning, and it came across as intimidating rather than collaborative. I’d heard that can be used as a technique to see how you react, but it still impacted how safe and focused I felt while thinking.

What was hardest to process wasn’t just the pressure—it was the feeling that anything could happen and that the rejection might come from randomness
