McKinsey & Business Analyst interview experience

The final round was in person, and they covered travel costs.

Both rounds combined a personal experience interview with a case interview. The whole setup felt designed to test both how I described my past experience and how I handled structured case thinking under pressure.

I didn’t receive an offer, and what stayed with me was the contrast between the lighter-feeling assessment games and the more serious evaluation in the PEI and case portions.
