I ended up with a full day about two weeks later where I went through three interviews back-to-back, and I left with an offer. Each interview followed the same shape: roughly half an hour of personal experience and roughly half an hour on a case study.

What surprised me was how the case felt. The interviewer didn’t come across like they were trying to trick me; the focus felt like working together to build my own solution to the problem. I could make mistakes, and the key was whether I could recover and keep constructing my logic. The goal seemed to be less about getting every answer perfect
