My first steps were straightforward: CV review, then a solve-style assessment game, and then an online round where I had two PEI questions and two cases back to back.

That first interview block was on video, and the pacing was intense because I had to switch between personal experience and analytical work quickly.

The second round kept the same overall structure, but it ended with a final interview that was usually with a partner. Throughout, the expectation was that I could stay organized and analytical while moving through multiple case segments. Even though I didn’t end up getting the offer, it felt like a structured, consistent process that tested stamina as much as problem-solving.
