McKinsey & Business Analyst interview experience

My first round was on Zoom and consisted of two back-to-back interviews with more junior people, and then the final round was in person with three senior people from the office.

The difference between rounds was clear: early on was about how I thought and communicated, and later it shifted to a more senior-level evaluation in the office setting.

I didn’t get an offer, but the process felt organized around that progression from junior to senior interviewers. The hardest part was keeping the same energy through consecutive interviews and then raising my game again once it became in-person.
