The whole thing felt overly long and more complicated than the role demanded, and even when feedback came back it was pretty generic.

I wasn’t totally shocked by how it went, but I definitely noticed a contrast compared with other consulting firms I’d encountered—this one felt more drawn-out without delivering the same level of clarity.

On the interview side, the experience didn’t feel like it was failing me on technical ability so much as it was failing to be streamlined and specific. By the end, I was left with the sense that the process itself didn’t match the expectations I had for a business analyst track there.
