I applied and then went through a sequence that ended up taking me from a game to two first rounds and then two final rounds, but the overall experience didn’t feel well run.

The scheduling was messy with a lot of last-minute cancellations, and that made it harder to stay mentally prepared for each step.

I expected better from a firm with that reputation, and it also felt like HR coordination was outsourced to locations beyond their office, which came across as weaker organization overall. The hardest part wasn’t just the interviews—it was the uncertainty of when and how the process would proceed. By the end, I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the disorganization left a sour impression that lingered even after the interview content.
