My journey started with a written test, followed by four interviews where the interviewer set-up stayed consistent.

The first two interviews were with managers and the last two were with partners.

Across those interviews, each session combined behavioural questions with a case study, so I had to shift between explaining myself and then working through case material. Overall, it was difficult, but I felt the interviewers stayed aligned on the structure and what they were looking for.

I received an offer. My honest reflection was that the combination of written work and then fast transition into both behavioural and case content suited me—I handled it best when I stayed structured under time pressure.
