The process for me started with a CV screening and a test.

Then I went through three rounds of interviews: the first two rounds were with two separate people, and the final round was with a partner.

The way it was sequenced made the evaluation feel stepwise—moving from broader screens into more specific conversations, then culminating with the partner round. It was an intense progression because each round added another layer of scrutiny.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience felt comprehensive in the way it combined an initial screening with multiple interviewers, ending in the most senior conversation.
