My first interview was with HR on video for about an hour and a half.

Before the call, I had to complete a questionnaire and also take a personality test as part of the process. The step felt structured but still human enough, and it set the stage for what they wanted to learn about my fit.

The next stage was a technical interview in person. That part involved two exercises I had to do on site, which made it feel more hands-on than the earlier screening and personality-focused components.
