I began with a phone call interview, then did a short video interview with a program manager.

After those calls, they gave me an assessment day consisting of remote interviews that covered technical, HR, and management.

The technical interview was the hardest part for me. It was the step where I felt the evaluation was most demanding, and it set the tone for the rest of the day.

I didn’t get an offer. What stayed with me was how the process compressed multiple evaluation dimensions into one assessment day, so I couldn’t coast on just one strong area—the technical challenge in particular made the overall difficulty feel intense.
